Wine Making: Careful selection of grapes during manual harvest, followed by natural drying process for approximately 6 months.
Vine Training: Pergola
Aging: 20 months in clay amphoras. It could be enjoyed for over 15 years.
Pairing: Pastries with dried fruits, almond, hazelnut cake, cookies (cantucci), or ideal wine for meditation.
