La Marega is one of our best vineyards, located in Fumane (Valpolicella Classica) with great sun exposure and change of temperatures between night and day. La Marega is made with the natural and ancient drying process techniques. It’s an intense, powerful wine with an excellent minerality.

Alcohol Content: 15,5%
Grape Varieties: 70% Corvina and Corvinone; 30% Rondinella, Oseleta and Dindarella

Wine Making: Careful selection of grapes during manual harvest, followed by natural drying process for approximately 4 months
Vine Training: Pergola and Guyot
Ageing: 36 months in Slavonian oak cask (70%) and barrique (30%), 8 months in bottle. Long lasting wine, could be enjoyed for 25 years
Pairing: Roasted, grilled meat, game, aged cheese, risotto with amarone or red chicory
Serving Temperature: 18°C/ 64°F. Best to open one hour ahead of serving
