Fresh, fruity, food friendly wine.  A blend of our ingenious grapes.  It reflects the terroir from which it took the name.


Alcohol Content: 12,5% 

Grape Varieties: 70% Corvina and Corvinone; 30% Rondinella, Croatina and Molinara

Vineyards: Valpolicella Classica

Wine Making: Manual harvest followed by 8 months in stainless steel tanks and bottle for 5 months.

Vine Training: Pergola and Guyot 

Pairing: Very versatile, can be enjoyed with any meal. Pasta with vegetables, meat and smoked fish (trout or salmon)
